Scott Britton built our home and we couldn’t be happier. He was so easy to work with and always attentive to all our needs. Many of the favorite aspects of our house (the pine ceilings and our covered deck) he built himself. Scott definitely went above and beyond just an ordinary builder with the extra touches he provided us. We love our new home and would recommend Scott to anyone considering going through the building process.

This was our first experience with a custom build home so we were learning “on the fly.” During the process, we had several change requests and Scott was always willing to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome. Scott and his project managers kept us apprised of the construction progress and answered our telephone calls promptly. We had a couple of issues after we had moved into our house with which we needed help and Scott made sure we were completely satisfied. After you have written the final check, many folks tend to forget you. We can happily report that Scott does not operate that way. If we decide to build another home, Scott Britton will be our first choice as the general contractor.

Scott built our custom home while we were “out of staters”. We couldn’t be more ecstatic with the result. We were guided to the different places we needed to choose; flooring, lighting, windows and doors, siding and roof color to name just a few. Spot on customer service each place! We suggested some custom things we would like; pantry, bath, entry way, tray ceilings, porches, and more. Each was top notch, beautiful, and beyond our vision.
