Having lived all over the place, and after relocating from Washington DC to Eastern Tennessee, Mark and Nancy knew exactly what they wanted and what they didn’t want in their new home. Once they started searching, it was clear that an existing home wouldn’t fit the bill, so they started searching for land to build a home that fit their needs and wants.
